Having Nneka by our side during the home buying process was such a joy. She is an amazing realtor who truly knows how to make the home search process as fun and stress-free as possible. When you are buying a home for the first time you want someone who knows the area, knows the business and knows how to connect with the client, and Nneka is all three. She was extremely patient with us and and didn't rush us into making any decisions. She listened to us and made us feel heard through her prompt responses via email and our phone conversations. When you work with Nneka, you don't only get her, but you also get an entire team that is there to support you along your home buying journey. Everyone was so great to work with. When we are ready to purchase our next home, we will definitely be working with Nneka again.

When you search for a real estate agent, it's not just the agent you are looking for but what resources she/he is able to bring with her/him. Nneka and her team went above and beyond. Even though she was probably juggling many tasks behind the scenes for me and others, there was never a time she came across as busy or harassed. Any questions we had were answered as quickly as humanly possible. She was also very warm, encouraging and personable. She had a great recommendations. The movers that she help arrange for us were there on time and helped us move to our new house 3 days before Christmas. The recommended cleaners, who were also working right before Christmas, were incredibly detailed, great especially during the pandemic. The best recommendation was for a loan agent, as our bank was slower at confirming/closing then liked. This was not a great situation for the seller, who wanted to close fast. She recommended someone who was more reachable, closed faster than our original bank, and beat both closing costs and fixed interest rate. During closing, Tiffany Potter helped with every detail and Nneka was just a step away if ever needed. Best of all, Nneka helped negotiate a great closing price, below the appraisal value of the home!

My experience with Nneka was that once she knows what you are looking for and your parameters, she is on it. She is incredibly responsive, and her team is a well-oiled machine that gets things done within timelines, even if there are obstacles. She is a great negotiator, and I would not be a homeowner right now if I had been represented by anyone else. She got a deal done seemingly overnight, and we even got under asking! Every step I felt confident that I had chosen the right realtor for my home buying journey, and I can't help but recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I came across Nneka attending a conference and professionalism, industry knowledge, and transparency immediately caught my attention. She wasn't familiar with the area I was looking but that didn't hold her back. She researched, became close friends with the local Agent, and found out key information to impact my decision.
