Our experience with Noelle was incredible. From day one Noelle explained the process of buying our first home and what we should expect. She was responsive, quick, informative, pleasant, and incredible knowledgable. We were beyond satisfied with Noelle as our agent. She was spectacular and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a professional who take the job of real estate agent seriously with integrity and diligence.
Noelle was our agent for finding our first house in 2010 and was SO helpful during that process. She took us to countless houses, put in our many offers (commiserated with us on the ones that weren't accepted), and fought hard to get us the perfect house. It was a short sale, so there were a lot of frustrations invovled and Noelle held our hands through them all and made it as easy as it could have been. We relied on her so much, and her expertise, quick response time, and warmth was exactly what we needed in an agent. We recommended her to family and friends and they all had the same experience with her. When it came time for us to sell our house and buy another, it was never doubted that she would be our agent for these as well. Being on the other side of the table as sellers is a new experience, and again Noelle's experience and expertise is gliding us through it. They don't come better than Noelle and her team!

Her knowledge,availability and attention to detail gets the job not only done but she makes sure that you are covered should something arise in the future. She knows her stuff and will cover you with disclosures and avoidance to future litigation. Some realtors take short cuts so they can get things closed and get their commissions Noelles always had my back covered that's why for decades I've used her for several transactions.

Noelle's every step was reassuring and comforting to my peace of mind. But most of all her reasonableness and straightforward and calm manner of communicating to me, the seller. I asked some undoubtedly dumb questions, but Noelle educated me graciously along the way. All parties were satisfied, the house quickly sold, and everybody got paid.
