My wife and two small boys feel so blessed that we found Olivia McNally. I am writing this review from the cozy living room of the 3/2 home she recently helped us purchase in RWC.We had a realtor before Olivia who was a complete dud. Realtor number one signed us up for listing emails and then basically dropped off the face of the earth.We were then referred to Olivia and things started cooking. Olivia helped us write an offer on a house we had our eye on. Beyond that, she helped us navigate a tricky escrow that included a seller bankruptcy, seller indecisiveness on which house they would move to, problems wiring money from Wells Fargo, and working with a third party who helped us with down payment assistance.Olivia flawlessly kept track of all these balls in the air and she helped us close escrow in under 30 days. I can't imagine going through this home purchase without her expertise, communication skill, level headed approach to issues, and incredible work ethic.We cannot recommend Olivia enough. She is truly an all star real estate agent and our family wouldn't be in our house without her. Thank You Olivia!

Olivia came highly recommended, and we gave her a challenge that would've made most agents laugh and decline to have us as customers - to have us moved into a 3+/2+ home that we loved, with great schools, fitting our budget, within two months. She not only took up the challenge happily, but over-delivered. Olivia helped us find, buy, and move into an amazing home in Mountain View all in a month and a half!Olivia first set up a consultation with us to get to know us and to understand what we wanted. She set us up with a special site that we used to go through dozens of potential listings and hone in on what we liked and disliked. Olivia then set up multiple private showings over the next few days for us to see the homes in person.During the home visits, she would let me explore and ask questions, and never pushed to put in bids on homes that I wasn't 100% sold on. Olivia would also guide on what items would be costly to re-do in a house vs not, and actively point out items we should watch out for. She was also extremely patient as we came to truly understand what kind of house we wanted.We had some emotional ups and downs during our search, and Olivia was our rock during the process. She was available by text (our preferred way to communicate) and was always there when we needed her - including during the escrow process and final closing. She helped us with several items during closing with our lender that could've resulted in us paying fees that we shouldn't have.Olivia is a total pro. When we next buy/sell, we will be reaching out to her first.

Then she found many promising options that our own searching had failed to turn up. We would never have found the place we have now without Olivia. Through her connections, we were able to find the place before it went on the market, giving us a chance to make a fair offer and avoid a bidding war.Olivia is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. She was always quick to respond to our emails and texts, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She was also invaluable in helping us decide what to bid - her predictions about what each house would go for were impressively accurate. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

Looking for and choosing a home to buy, especially in a market like the Bay Area can be a very emotional, stressful ordeal. We were more than fortunate to have met and worked with Olivia and her team (especially Teagan). Olivia, who not only knows every in and out of home buying but also the ups and down of home ownership made the experience a rewarding one. Something weird on a disclosure, Olivia can easily explain what was normal and what wasn't. Concerned about a potential future fix, Olivia was able to explain possible work estimates as well have a trusted contractor weigh in and offer their professional opinion. In looking at numerous disclosures and touring some properties, Olivia made clear to us what was normal and what wasn't. The real cherry on top is her love and care for her clients. You generally feel that Olivia wants to make sure you're happy and satisfied. I'm grateful to be writing this review in my new home that we couldn't have found without Olivia.

Olivia NAILED IT! She helped us find (and win!) our dream home and helped us sell the home we were living in all within a few months of meeting her. From the moment we had our first consultation, you can tell Olivia gives it to you straight, does not BS around and works incredibly hard to help you sell and buy your home.For buying, we never thought we could stay living in the city, given the competition, and the 'must haves' on our list, but she made it happen!When it comes to selling, she has all the experience, tips, and tricks along with reliable/affordable contractors in her back pocket to transition your home quickly for the sale. As the economy started to shift, she was able to sell our home while other homes with very similar footprints still sat on the market.We're so grateful to have met her through a referral and if/when you're ready to sell/buy, hands down, Olivia's your gal.

We are long overdue for a review to Olivia and her team! Where do we even start? Last year around this time we were introduced to Olivia about possibly purchasing a home and selling our townhome. We had no idea where to start since the idea seems very complicated. Well not to Olivia! We have never met anyone like her, not only she is a fighter (for you!) but she always sees the brighter sides of things. When there is a goal, she will reach it and beyond.Long story short, within 6 months we have bought a home and sold our Townhome with multiple offers. We couldn't be happier! We are now just finally settling into our home (yes the unpacking can be a long process!) hence finally able to write a review!We love Olivia because she is honest, kind and again a fighter. You don't find these personalities in the Real Estate business much. We also love that she is a Bay Area native so she knows a lot about the area. We also love her fun events throughout the year. Truly enjoyed working with Olivia and her team .
