I strongly recommend Olivia Capizzi if you are interested in purchasing or selling a home. She sold a home for me and I've worked with many realtors in the past, she went far and above her call of duty to make sure her client came first. Not to stereotype all realtors, but there are many who are in the business just for the money. Yes we all (most work for money), but there is a significant difference when you have pride in what you do and allow the money aspect to become a bonus at the end of a successful transaction or job. It was easy to see, money alone was not her driving force. She did many things many realtors wouldnt think of doing above advertising the property to sell. I was out of the country and could do very little. She, for an example would, get estimates on movers, storage, find contractor or handymen to do task that needed to be done, meet them at the property to show them, and much much more. I will use her for all my future realestate transactions hands down. This is not my first, second, third even fourth direct dealings with a realtor. I have accompanied nearly 20 transactions, purchasing and selling, with my father who is a real estate investor. So I have seen more than just the purchase and sell of one home and the actions of those particular realtors. Not that all were bad, however Olivia's genuinely sincere care and concern for her client stood out amongst many others I've seen. Thank you Olivia. I can't recommended Olivia enough! It was my first time buying a home and she made it an absolutely wonderful experience. She's always available, and helped us look at a lot of different homes and worked with us to find the perfect one! She's super patient and informative. She did her homework on the properties and gave us the advantage of her experience without being pushy or assumptive in the least. I'm so grateful to have worked with her!
