- Owen helped me buy a home
Owen McGrath claimed he had 50 years experience and he knew best. Time to close 90+days. When I questioned he said we would have to continue waiting. (Cost to me $340 per month). Also said my loan was small and he was "slammed." Claimed he did not know the name of the lender, processing or title company and stopped servicing my loan. Title co. advised Owen "miscalculated" my income delaying my loan. Finally Owen sent me an email advising me I was dumb.
