I have extensive new construction experience and just completed my own 7th new construction home. With my project management background, I am extremely detail-oriented and proactive. I am very organized and get everything taken care of early on in the transaction so that my clients can focus their time and energy on the move. I am persistent in working with other agents, inspectors, vendors, and lenders to make the buying or selling process as quick and painless as possible.
