- Patricio helped me buy a home
I would never recommend this agent. We were first time homebuyers and he did not assist us AT ALL. He did not take the time to understand what we were looking for in a house, did not assist or explain the contract/ loan process and even 3 months later after going through the loan process twice did not even explain or prepare us for closing. He was combative with the listing agent....did not negotiate at ALL on our behalf. At closing we were left still not understanding the process or what we needed after several emails/phone calls and questions. He needs major help in customer service. If we could have switched agents without starting the process over we would have. He did not deserve the commission he received.
