I met Patrick when he was helping my friend to find a home. I wasnt in the market at the time but tagged along for a few showing. I consulted Patrick about my situation ( renting vs renting) and it made so much more sense to buy and actually own a home. I thought about it over a couple of months and decided that its better to stop renting. Patrick worked with my budget and was honest about what I can afford and what I cannot. I appreciate his honest opinion and advice on my first home. He helped me avoid a couple of bad decision and was very cautious to protect my deposit. I hired 2 realtors for a price of 1! Why not?! Here's my story: relocated to California and being new in the area, I searched online for a honest reliable realtor in San Jose. After seeing a few realtors and was uneasy about committing to work with any just yet and then my co-worker highly recommend Angelina who helped sell his house. Surprisingly, I was at ease and very comfortable working with Angel and Patrick. They work as a team so when I expressed a change in criteria or a concern to Angel, Patrick would be updated on my concerns as well. =P Awesome work and even better result. Wow! The team-duo did an amazing job! Let just say my house isn't the best looking home on the block. However, Angelina and Patrick turn that around quickly. The staging was done quickly and the photos were awesome! It was boom boom! And then sold! Many thanks to this wonderful team!

Just like some of the reviews indicated here, Patrick moved things along very quickly during all the paper and approval stages. Things were prepared promptly and swiftly and far exceeded my expectations. We've dealt with agents before and Patrick is well above par. Patrick's on my speed dial for anything real estate related.

Patrick did a great job simplifying the process of selling my house in Mountain View. I approached Patrick to consult on the sale of my house, he was straight forward about timing and give me a realistic expectation. It was a slow season, it may take a little longer to find a buyer so patience is a must :) which was not a problem at all. He updated me on potential buyers and even check in with loan officers (apparently there are many 'unqualified' buyers out that put offers without knowing!) He did a beautiful job to ensure it was a smooth sale! And the price was just right!! =P
