Pat (the Celebration sales agent) took to heart our every desire; like a dad would with his own kids. He really listened to my husband and me as we expressed what we wanted in our home. When we (both of us are creative types) had some unusual requests, he and Eric (the Superintendent) worked as a team without flinching. "We can do that," was their answer every time. Just as important to me in any big purchase, is the follow through. The builders kept us informed every step during the building process; we felt involved all along the way. We have nothing but glowing reports about how Celebration has paid heed to our needs even after our move in date. My husband and I are utterly pleased with Celebration; we have recommended this building company to countless friends already and will continue to do so for many years to come.

Patrick provides excellent service with his Sure Sale program. After listing we received multiple competitive offers and were able to select the best one that also aligned to our timing requirements. As we moved through the closing process Patrick was well involved and everything went very well through the final hand off of our keys. I would recommend Patrick to anyone considering his services.
