Patsy is a consummate professional realtor, In the thirty days after she listed our home it was shown 30 times, resulting in two offers one of which we accepted. She guided us through a frustrating several weeks after the offer was accepted to deal with a less than responsive buyer in submitting the necessary documents. Patsy Sable was my agent in the purchase of a foreclosed townhome in the Fairfield area of Tucson, AZ during December 2012 and January 2013. The purchase involved dealing with government agencies, arranging inspections and closing over Christmas/New Year holidays complicated by an ice storm of historic proportions, with my being 1600 miles away. Patsy was knowlegeable, attentive, professional and tenacious. In fact, I don't believe that many realtors could have accomplished what she did, some of which she managed while fighting a bout of flu. If she had not been my agent, I am doubtful that I would have sucessfully purchased the property.

Due to my OCD issues, it took several months of her showing me property after property after property before I found EXACTLY what I was looking for.
