Paul helped me purchase my first home back in 2008. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. When it came time to sell the same property in 2018, he was ready with practical advice and a solid sales plan. He did his research and even took me around to a few comparable houses to see what buyers would also be considering in addition to my house. It really helped me see what I needed to do to get my house ready to sell, but also what I might want to do to help my house stand out. While I was getting the house ready to list, Paul gently checked in and kept me up to date as needed. He was never pushy, but did a nice job staying in touch. He never hesitated to go the extra mile and was always (ALWAYS!!!) available to answer my questions as they came up. Working with him made the sale of my house a lot less stressful than I thought it would be.
