  • Paul listed, but didn't sell, my home

Don't waste your time. He will take your business but don't expect he will do the legwork to sell your home. He would merely put the listing on MLS and don't expect anything else from Paul Khansari. And when you want to withdraw the listing he won't do it. Basically u get stuck with him and one has to face extreme difficulties to change the realtor

    • Paul helped me buy a home

Do not do business with this agent as he works for an investor that does a crappy job renovating. I purchased my home from them 1/16/18 and has had problems every since. Not to mention they're lack of properly listing the home as pending when they accepted my offer. For example, this realtor and his investment company accepted my offer 12/22/2017 however, they did not list my home pending until roughly 1/12/18...I do plan to report this to the Real Estate commissioner as well. Below is my review regarding AL&R Real Estate who is who he works for. Where should i begin???? This is a horrible company to so business with. It seems as if they purchased distressed homes and supposedly renovate them however. their workmanship is crappy. Here is list of their mistakes when it comes to renovating: 1. They installed a new roof but missed in installing flashing resulting in water damage to the ceiling. 2. They completely failed to properly fix the chimney as the siding on the chimney dry rotted not to mention there is a hole on the ext of the chimney. 3. They installed a new HVAC unit however they failed to install an area for the filter rack resulting in dirty coals. They also placed the outside ac unit on the ground versus putting it on concrete or wood. 4. They put decorative tile and one of the bathroom tub but use cement to secure the tiles to the tub. 5. Two doors don't fit the door frame 6. they repaired/installed a new front door however, they failed to install weather-stripping and the bottom door plate. 7. they called themselves painting the house and used some type of tape along the creases in the wall however the tape is peeling up 8. most of the windows are broken ( The spring is broken) 9. they buried renovation trash under hay/straw outside. when cleaning the backyard I notice all the renovation material piled under a bunch of hay. for example, there is Weedwhacker, carpet, roofing supplies, some type a metal bars, etc. 10. they also installed a high end ceiling fan in the master bedroom yet they fail to leave the remote control for the ceiling fan resulting in me not being able to properly work the fan/light. Bottom line this investor is clearly new to flipping homes as the contractors used did a horrendous job and my home inspector didn't help the issue. please do your research before you decide to buy home from an investor as I notice that they just fix things that's appealing to the eye.
