I have lived in the Savannah area for 40 years. My background includes home land development, home inspections, and home improvements. I worked as a land surveyor for a local engineering firm on large residential development projects. Worked as a new construction code inspector for a municipality and eventually opened a private home inspection company. During this time I started volunteering with the area fire department. After two years of this I was hired as a professional fire fighter and opened a home repair / renovation company. After 13 years of working in these two fields I joined my wife, Melissa, in real estate. I use my background knowledge to help buyers find the best home for them and sellers to prepare their home for marketing.
