Recently I was referred by a trusted friend and local businessman to Paul M. Wenglowsky of Watson Realty in St. Augustine, Florida as it was time to sell my home there. At the time I was out of state at another home and my first contact was with Paul over the telephone. Arrangements were made for Paul to go to my home and estimate the value of my home and calculate a price based on comparable homes in the area. The price was actually higher than I thought it would be and I entered into a contract with Watson Realty with Paul being my agent. This was done electronically over a secured and encrypted email server and all transactions and signing procedures went very smooth. Paul contacted me every day, sometimes twice to keep me advised of all that was taking place.After going into contract with Watson Realty Paul made arrangements for my home to be placed on the MLS market. Paul went over and above any Realtor that I have ever used in the buying and selling of homes I have lived in. Paul organized the interior of my home and boxed and moved some Items I was not selling or leaving with the home. Paul also staged the interior of my home in the appropriate manner conducive to showing. In 3 days the home was ready to be placed on the market.In less than 12 hours and on the second showing my home was sold at my asking price. During this time Paul was in daily contact with me via telephone to keep me advised of what was taking place. At that time additional documents were sent, completed and returned electronically with no problems. Due to extenuating circumstances the buyer of my home needed to close within 2 weeks and it was necessary for me to travel to Florida and move my belongings out. It was at that time I met Paul in person and he was professional, courteous and very thorough when he briefed me on the procedures that would be taking place. Any time a document needed to be signed Paul brought it to me and explained what it was prior to me signing it.When it was time for the closing I had to attend to matters in another State and the closing took place in my absence. Using Watson's in house Title Agency and Paul as my representative the closing went very smooth and in a timely manner and my funds were transferred into my account electronically.Of the 7 closings I have been part of this particular one went the best with absolutely no problems on our end. The other 6 closings I have been part of with other Agencies and Realtors as a buyer or seller all came with redundant paperwork problems, no shows, closing problems and banking problems that could have been avoided if the paperwork had been done properly at the onset of the buying or selling procedure. I highly recommend and also commend Paul and Watson Realtors to you if you want to buy a home or sell your current home within their venue. Paul is very knowledgeable about his profession as well as very courteous. He is always on time and always keeps his client abreast of what is taking place. I do not make recommendations frequently and I do so only what the service is exceptional. I have also become friends with Paul and intend on utilizing his services again should I decide to buy or sell another home within his venue. Paul is an asset to Watson Realty Corporation

We found Paul through a mailer and we contacted him for a free market analysis. He was NEVER pushy about his services and when we met with him it was a wonderful experience. We felt he was very genuine and honest. You could tell he really puts his heart into all that he does. He worked hard at promoting our property anywhere and everywhere. He was in constant communication and was always quick with replies. I thought it was nice that he even went to the property multiple times just to check and make sure everything always looked good.
