Real Estate has always been very intriguing to me. I purchased my first home as a single woman when I was 20 years old. It turned out to be a lucrative investment and have been hooked ever since. Not all my purchases have been successful monetarily but certainly educational. I have been selling Real Estate since 2002. I received Rookie of the year award and Top producer for 2005, 2009 & 2014. The market in the past 12 years has changed tremendously. Not only with home values increasing, decreasing, plumitting and now re-bounding to a sellers market and with technology as well. I am very open minded with technology and have adapted very well to the ways consumers want to find information about a property and how a home should be marketed for a consumer to do it.
