Paula provided excellent attention to detail within all areas of the house selling process. This included a very thorough general process review with realistic selling price and timing expectations. She explained the importance of 'comps', shared this information freely and provided the agent-to-agent information exchange without delay. As the seller, we were always updated promptly and our questions were answered by phone or test quickly. She was available nearly 24/7 it seemed. We had an unforeseen challenge prior to the closing that required teamwork between the real estate agents, the lender and a 3rd party company. She 'attacked' this situation and the result was satisfactory for all parties.
