I have been in the real estate business since 1980 first as an attorney in the Bay Area, and then as a real estate broker selling new homes in Contra Costa and Napa Counties. In 1997 I was recruited by Del Webb to sell new homes and moved to Placer County in 1999 to where I was selling up to 39.5 million per year for Del Webb communities at Sun City Lincoln Hills! Consistent Platinum and President's Club Member from 1998 to 2005 and And Master's Club Member in Placer County since 2011. When choosing a resale office, I aligned myself with Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge in Lincoln Hills, an office which dominates the active adult resale market in Northern California.
