Pedro helped us buy a vacation home in Cayucos. He was very patient as we bid on a number of houses over several months before we found the one that we really wanted to go for. He even wrote letters to some homeowners asking if they were interested in selling.He was helpful in explaining comparables. He worked many weekends with us and was always available to answer questions at night. Even after we got the house, he offered to wait for the gas guy to turn on the gas at the house. Pedro is very honest and low key. His style really fit what we needed. He isn't pushy, yet he managed to convince the seller to fix a few more things around the house. He is just a nice guys.

He was a pleasure to work with. Unlike a lot of agent/brokers, Pedro did not pressure us at all through the entire process. He also responded promptly to any and all concerns we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for or selling property. You will be very glad you did.

Our house search lasted 9 months during which time Pedro worked tirelessly for us, and showed extreme patience and support in finding the right house. For example, many of the houses we viewed were not even listed, including our new house, but he would always phone or email us with his thoughts and include his own photos. We started the process with Pedro on September 3, 2013, and at the time we told him it might be a year or two before we actually bought a home and moved to the Central Coast. Over the following year he must have shown us dozens of houses on our quick trips north to see houses that were on the market at the time. Some that we were very interested in he showed us three and four times. We made a couple of offers that didn't stick, so we kept looking and looking. He always kept us informed, and followed up with escrow and the mortgage company consistently. We closed onDuring our 14 month journey with Pedro, Annie and I often commented on how much we appreciated his excellent attention to his work and the extra effort he made. We were in trusted hands, and we were pleased and grateful that Country Real Estate assigned him to us when I first inquired about a home on Lockwood-San Lucas Road over a year ago.The only negative to the whole thing is that now that we've closed we don't get to see him or talk to him as often as before. He was our first acquaintance in the area, the first person who went out of his way for us despite no immediate gain, and the first person whom we came to trust in the Central Coast.

Pedro spent the better part of two years helping us find a property. We were Zillow warriors and had Pedro looking all over the Bryson-Hesperia, Lockwood valley, Hunter-Liggett area of central california. The first time we looked at the property we ended up buying, we couldn't reach a deal with the owners. Pedro kept us in mind and stayed in touch with the sellers. 6 months later the owner came back to us and we made a deal. Then things got complicated. Pedro was superb, and handled everything from working with the county on permits to being on site for contractors when we couldn't be. I highly recommend Pedro, and it's a shame we won't be able to use him again because he got us into a property we will probably never leave.
