Peggy Holdren was amazing in the way she guided us though the whole process of finding and purchasing our home. She quickly became more like a friend, who was helping us to find a home. We had a limited amount of time to make the purchase, since our existing home had already been sold. With that in mind, Peggy worked tirelessly to find and show us properties, as soon as they were listed. She understood our reasons for the type of home we wanted, and using her expertise, was able to show us a tremendous variety of homes that would fall within our guidelines.She used her local knowledge of each area to educate us and answer any question that we asked. We discussed pros and cons of each property that we viewed, in detail. Her extensive knowledge of home design, building construction, ordinances, utilities, fire protection, school districts, etcenabled us to make an informed decision without feeling any pressure to buy a certain property. Peggy guided us through the negotiation process, when we wanted to make an offer. Through email, text messages, phone calls, and in person, of courseshe was in constant contact with us to make sure everything was completed as efficiently as possible. We have now moved into our new home, and will always remember and appreciate the work that Peggy Holdren did for us. She is the first person we would call, again, if we decided to buy or sell another property.
