Peter sold our house in nine days. Yes, you read that right, nine days! What more needs to be said! He really did a great job marketing our home, which included a 3D walk-through, personal website, professional floor plan, high definition brochures, TV ad, social media ads, magazine and news paper ads. Peter is an AMAZING realtor. I went through the home buying process 3x with him in the span of a month. First home was an offer and a counter was made to me, then seller rejected all of the multiple offers (FYI...mine was a competitive offer). This awkward rejection was pretty devastating to my family and I, as it was a house that was very easily customizable. Peter convinced me the sellers weren't prepared to sell after our ordeal. He was 100% right and the sellers had their home on and off the market afterward throughout the next month in various capacities. Second attempt at a home....offer made and accepted. However, another realtor and the seller didn't disclose important information. Throughout the turn of events, Peter was there to help us recover what was left of our patience. Third attempt....a homerun and it was actually a better house than the previous two. I am moving to California and my move is ongoing as of this post. However, the type of person Peter is is reflected in being a helping hand after closing on the house. We closed on the house two days ago and at the same time I had shipped a car to the area. After a mix up of the transportation company, I only knew Peter from my brief visit to the area and our business relationship. In Feb of 2020, I was ready to buy my first home. I got a recommendation from a friend who had a great buying experience with Peter, so I sent him a text, and within minutes, he was helping me set up a plan of action.
