Worst agent ever. I never even met the guy in person. Requested he come exam my property, sit down with us to explain contract, asked for things in email but he’d still call (no paper trail), wouldn’t give advise about issues since he wasn’t licensed even tho he had so many years experience. Didn’t know how to negiotate. Got railroaded for extra money even at close cause he wouldn’t stand up and represent us. Horrible transaction due to Phil and his partner Grant Dolby. Save yourself please.
