I originally hail from Winchester, Massachusetts, but have lived in the Charlotte area since 2007. Living and working in Charlotte have provided a great foundation to base my real estate career. I am an 11-time KW Capping agent, an 8-time BOLD graduate, and a 2014 graduate from the CRRA Leadership Academy. I am licensed in real estate in both North Carolina and South Carolina. I have been a Productivity Coach, Ignite Instructor & CES instructor. Voted by my peers, I won the Keller Williams Ballantyne Team Player award in 2015, 2017, 2018 & 2021. I hold multiple degrees from Johnson & Wales University. My first A.A. is in Restaurant Management, A.A. in Culinary Arts and a B.A. in Food & Beverage Management with a Double Minor. I founded Kennedy Homes of the Carolinas in 2015.
