  • Precella helped me buy a home

      Terrible experience. She represented the seller and my husband and myself. We were told the property was in move in condition. Ms. Wallace lives across the street from the property and used to own the property. We offered full price, based on her statements and the seller's disclosure. An inspection disclosed the house had no heat, no air conditioning, leaking roof, etc. Without our permission, prior to our response to seller, Wallace started doing repairs to issues cited in inspection. Husband is a contractor. Seller refused to negotiate reasonably. We walked. Wallace then started marketing the house with "recent building inspection available to interested buyers". This was OUR bldg. inspection and this action was illegal. Unethical and unscrupulous! She'll tell you what you want to hear and then try and clean up the mess afterward. Watch out!
