I had a great experience working with Rafi to help purchase a home. I was actively looking to purchase a home for over 2 months, and Rafi pushed to have my offer, be put in front of the seller right away, and negotiating for a successfully purchasing price.Why I liked working with Rafi:- Rafi was always available and would always promptly respond to txt messages / email / calls. - Rafi over communicates in order to be very clear that he understands what I want and that I understand what he advises. - He did not push me into homes nor did he push me away from homes. Instead he asked me how I felt about the home after each visit and let me come to my own decisions. If I was unsure, I asked him for him personal/professional opinion and only then would he influence my decision. - Negotiations with the seller's agent were tough and hiccups from delayed appraisals or delayed financing made the purchase process very stressful at times. It is easy to get stressed out and react during the process, especially when it involves purchasing something so expensive, as a home. Rafi helped me concentrate to help achieve my end goal; to win the bid and then close on the home. He recommended the strategy/approach I needed to take in dealing with the seller's agent and often helped ground me when my tendency to react to hiccups due to 3rd parties (such as delayed appraisals and delayed financing)- Purchasing a home is a business transaction, but some of the other agents that I interviewed before Rafi treated the entire process as purely business, and was not concerned with my interest as Rafi was.Rafi is an excellent Realtor and I would highly recommend Rafi to anyone looking to purchase a home.
