I (David) popped in to an Open House Regina was conducting a couple months ago. Told her once we sold our house in CT - we would be in serious "buy mode" here in the area. She told us to keep her in mind when the time came. Once we sold our house -we contacted her - and she went into full operational activity for us. After viewing several properties - we ran across the house we eventually decided upon - and asked her if she could arrange for us to see it. We did a walkthrough - we liked it as much as we thought we would - made an offer - and it was accepted. All through the "seeking" process, all through the pre-closing process, all through the closing, and beyond - Regina & Michelle were there every step of the way. They were helpful, professional and efficient at every turn. She responded to all emails and phone calls almost immediately - and was a true pleasure to work with - as well as to know personally.
