Renee is the most pleasant Realtor I have ever worked with. She jumps right in and get the work done, yet she is never pushy. Every step of the way, she tries to save me money. It was the most difficult time for me, selling my mom's place after she passed away. Renee was compassionate & professional. You can tell right away that she loves what she does!! She didn't mind moving furniture, clean windows, staging the house, or check up on the contractors for me. She does all her homework, including local ordinances, so the process was so easy for me. I didn't know how to get people to help me. She lined them all up for me to interview. I got all the most competent contractor to help fix up an old house. Everything turned out beautifully. My biggest concern when I initially started looking for a house to rent was time. I only had a little more than one month (during the holidays) to find a place to rent. From the very first time I met Renee and throughout the entire process, Renee's attitude was positive and very confident that she could find me a place. I informed Renee I had VA eligibility and I wished I had time to actually purchase a home using my VA eligibility. Without skipping a beat, Renee said sure you have time, and that she works with great people who will work within my timeline. Renee was professional, a total expert, and completely accessible the entire time. She kept me informed, and I always knew what was coming up next. Renee demonstrated attention to detail in every aspect of the process. Every deadline for required documentation and signatures was met. The entire experience working with Renee to purchase a home in the short time period I had was very smooth. I had a very successful Closing well within my time constraints. Renee is an awesome realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent or purchase a home.
