    • Rich helped me buy a home

        Rich did not advise well. He did not share his knowledge that split levels built in The 50s and 60s in the DC area have a host of HVAC and other structural issues.He also had me use an incompetent inspector who failed to find many problems and provide good advise . rich was unwilling to renegotiate the price of the home after I read the Inspectors report that listed some of the problems. I spent a fortune fixing so E major structural problems and now will probably lose money upon sale of the house.
