Ricky was amazing! He did a great job of marketing my house; we got seven offers the first weekend. He held my hand through the entire process and talked me off the ledge more than once. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt that he had my best interests in mind the entire time.

It was truly a pleasure working with Ricky. He simplified the home buying process for us first time home buyers. Communicated clearly and helped us understand how to navigate through. Also have to mention that the only reason we got our house is he answered his phone 9:30 pm on a Saturday night (while he was at the opera), you can count on him to answer his phone! He was also great at getting us the deal since he knew what our parameters were and negotiated to our strong points masterfully. We had a long escrow period due to the deal we made and Ricky kept us informed and kept in touch through out the whole period of almost three months until we got our keys. You can't ask for a more hard-working, honest and knowledgable real estate agent. The man flat out goes to work. He gave my wife and I honest assessments in the properties that we saw and he was able to find a hidden gem that we love. He also helped negotiate a great price and was available to answer all of our question. He takes his job very seriously but is also quite friendly and we are friends with he and his wife to this day.
