Richard is a Husband, a Father, a Son, a Brother, and a Friend. Growing up in an immigrant household, he learned the definition of hard work and dedication at a very young age. Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Richard is local to the neighborhood and has seen the amazing growth that has happened in the community. Richard's drive comes from his passion to help people and to improve on the important things in life--people. His focus has always been helping families, small business, and his community. Coming from a background in tech that helped small businesses thrive (Fivestars Loyalty), he also grew up helping his parents in a beauty salon as young child. He understands that small businesses are the heart of a city, and that to support the local families and business is to help the town thrive.
