Richard did a fantastic job with our listing transaction It was a complicated transaction because the property was in disrepair. At first, we listed it for $475,000 without any repairs. We got several offers in that price range, as Richard accurately predicted. But he then put the clients interest first in recommending we do $30,000 in repairs and relist it. We did that and ended up selling for $575,000. I always felt that Richard put his clients best interest first. He provided us with excellent advice and his local expertise was impressive. Above all, he was incredibly responsive always getting back to me within minutes, including nights and weekends. I will highly recommend Richard.
