We hired Rick and his amazing team after our neighbor highly recommend them after they sold his property within two weeks and over asking price. My husband and I were 8 months into a two year lease with a higher end property in Santa Monica. I had just received a job offer and we needed to move to Seattle and needed a subtenant fast! This also happened to be over the holiday season, which is a challenging time to list a property since most people wait until after the holidays to move. Rick was confident that it would lease quickly and his team worked immediately to get the listing to market. They brought in an excellent photographer who helped put together a very strong listing. Within days the property started generating quite a bit of interest even over the December holidays! We received two attractive offers, accepted one of them and were living in Seattle by January 15th. His team saved us a ton of time, money and headaches. Rick and his team were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them regardless of it is to lease or buy. I only wish his team were also focused on the Seattle market so they could help us up here!
