We have purchased two vacation homes from Rick and Scott- the first was in Ahwatukee. We enjoyed that vacation home for a couple of years and then decided to move to Las Sendas. Not only did the Metcalfes sell our home quickly (within 7 days)- they found the perfect home for us in Las Sendas.
