This was a very negative experience unfortunately as Rick seems to be a very nice person. During a period of two years of renting from him there were a few very extremely negative experiences: 1. The air conditioning stopped working and it took over a month in the middle of summer to get it fixed. That was horrible. 2. The refrigerator had issues as well and it took well over a week to fix, causing food to spoil and be thrown away. 3. Upon moving out, my roommate went with and Rick walked through the entire house. Rick told him everything was in great condition only to have our security deposit returned over three weeks later. A few hundred dollars was missing from the return with the reason being things that were damaged prior to our moving in and other things that made no sense at all. And who knows what sort of damage or things could've taken place after we were gone! I highly suggest filming the entire property before moving in and after moving out if you ever work with him. However I cannot recommend not working with him more and I surely never will again. I've rented for over 15 years and never had an experience like this before.
