Rick Thompson

Rick Thompson, Owner and Team Leader of Rick Thompson & Team, was born, raised and is current resident of his hometown of Damascus, MD. He graduated from Damascus High School and became a business owner by the age of 21. Rick has spent the last 40+ years successfully running his own businesses. Starting with a home goods store specializing in bedding, he ran that business for 20 years. Big changes came along when he became a realtor in 1993 and was the “Rookie of the Year” that year. He has been in the top 1% of Realtors every year since then. His business has consistently grown every year and in 2005 he decided it was time to get a team of agents to work with.
