The Riley Smith Group has a well-deserved reputation as the most successful real estate group in Coconut Grove and one of the most successful in all of South Florida. They understand the market in a way that will impress even the most sophisticated analytic sellers and buyers. But, beyond that, the team is extremely responsive and respectful to all parties in a transaction. They empathize with others without failing to give their honest opinion. The Riley Smith Group was the transaction group in the sale of our home in Coconut Grove. One fear that we had was that with so many listings, they might be inattentive to our deal or that we would be handed off to some inexperienced team member. This concern was completely unfounded. They were always available and fully aware of everything that was going on with our sale. Additionally, they pushed for the most successful outcome for everyone concerned without putting their own interests ahead of those of the parties. The team should be commended for their high ethical standards. I recommend The Riley Smith Group without reservation and with great admiration not only for what they accomplished for us but also for all that they have done, and are doing, in the community.
- Steve and Jan HartzThe Riley Smith Group was referred to us by good friends of ours. We first met with them more than a year before we listed as we weighed options to relocate from Miami. Their advice at that time helped shape what we would be looking for in our relocation search. Our agent checked in with us a couple of times during the next year or so, just keeping tabs without being intrusive. When we called to tell them we were going to be moving quickly and wanted to list our home, they were ready to go from day one. They were honest about what it would take to sell our home. They defined what type of buyer would be our primary target (and thats what our buyer turned out to be). Our home sold in just a couple of weeks; we had our signed contract even before the first open house for the general public was held. The service we received was exemplary. We got a call with a report after every showing of the house. Our buyer was fairly demanding on a number of points, but they clearly bore the brunt of that, allowing us to focus on our own pending move and relocation. All in all, it was a wonderfully positive experience. Much appreciation for all that The Riley Smith Group and EWM did to help us. I know and understand the hassles of interviewing competing Realtors. My wife and I have certainly experienced the over-promise and under-deliver method of securing listings. The Riley Smith Group clearly promises conservatively and then does everything within reason to over deliver on that promise. We wouldnt want it any other way.
