I have work with Robin and I can tell you she is one of the best and most profession real estate agents I have work with . I am a contractor and I build spec home I have work with lots of agent s but her knowledge in land deals and in construction is top notch she will call the city and county to find out every thing on the lot not just trust what some said or believes which has saved me thousands and stop any unknown headache . She has even helped me with a architect that I was working with that was running way behind on my drawings the next day he had them ready wen he told me 2 more weeks . The next time I went with her design professionals that she deals with a lot and it was smoother .

I purchase land with a mobile on it from Robin, after working with many agents. Robin seemed to be an agent that had sold mobiles before, and knew how to get it done. She had a lender that she worked with that was able to give us a loan on a mobile which was great, because everyone else said they couldn't.
