Throughout my career, I have had a strong focus on Real Estate both commercial and residential. I have extensive experience drafting and reviewing offer to purchase contracts, easements/rights-of-way and settlement agreements. I have developed various spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel which allows our work to be more streamlined and efficient. My experience includes negotiating with property owners in an effort to prevent condemnation for acquisition of easements and rights-of-way. I have reviewed construction plans in relation to real estate impacts. In order to adequately protect taxpayer dollars invested in the school system, I have learned to review surveys and appraisals with a keen eye to completely understand how a property owner is impacted by the school system's requirements for their land.
