  • Patrick helped me buy a home

      Could not have ask for a better home hunting and buying experience. Patrick was excellent.

    • Patrick and I connected, but did no business

        We signed a contract with Mr Shin to rent an apartment, months in advance of the start date and then he arbitrarily cancelled it weeks later. Never returned calls, texts or emails requesting explanation. Do not waste time looking at listings with him.

          We had the unfortunate pleasure to come across Patrick Shin. We are from out of state and found a rental that he represents. His communication is terrible. The original agreement was incorrect. More importantly as we were ready to sign, all of a sudden Patrick let us know the landlords wouldn't pay for maintenance on their appliances in the rental. WHAT? That is their responsibility, to maintain their stuff. Had we not asked questions Patrick would have never mentioned this major issue. We have been misled by Patrick. Had this information been mentioned upfront or on the listing we would have never applied. We are now out application fee and background check. The ad for the property is misleading and Patrick is dishonest. We are now looking into potential legal action regarding this situation.
