- Romesh helped me buy a home
Romesh is very unprofessional and a bully when conducting business. Be careful with this realtor because he does a switch and bate. He wrote up a contract that was agreed to and then switched it. He was demanding money to be paid the minute the contract was signed even though we never got what was agreed to a EPA survey. I was able to reach out to a local company to double check a land survey. He called harassing that if the money isn’t in we will lose the property when we had 3 days from the date of signing the contract. When it came to closing he kept harassing again and was just unprofessional.
