  • Rose listed and sold my home

      In mid spring of 2018 we decided to down size and move out of the area since the kids had all left and empty nesters don't need more room and increased chores. We were recommended three top selling realtors in the Benicia area and decided upon Rose and her son Nathan Hadaway. The team balanced out perfectly. Nathan for his youth and very friendly demeanor and Rose for her vast experience and thorough knowledge of Benicia. I am a firm believer in communication and that's exactly what we did to ensure we knew the entire process and procedures. Rose's calendar schedule from start to finish, with milestones, was simple and a great tool to follow.We were able to communicate after hours with either of them without any problems. No question was too dumb or ridiculous. The calendar schedule changed twice because we were not ready and the time constraints were too tight. Getting rid of 20 years of accumulation isn't easy. Both times the team was able to work with us and make the necessary changes and put our minds at ease. Not being stressed out is key during this process, and they were able to make that happen. The fair market price was right on despite the prices in the area having dropped since we had first guesstimated in April 2018. The House was able to be listed as we intended to despite the two hiccups, before the new school year began and the offer for more than the listing price came through in 4 days. We closed in 4 weeks. To sum it up, Rose and Nathan Hadaway introduced us to three options on how to market our home. We chose one and ran with it. We followed their guide lines and it worked. All the stress and tension for 4 months paid off. Our sincere thanks go out to Rose and Nathan Hadaway for having shepherded us through trying times to a great outcome. For this, we commend them.
