Tell us about your experience with Roy Caley

  • Roy helped me buy a home

We were house-hunting at long distance (Wisconsin to Massachusetts), and the prospects that came up on our computer from Roy Caley were very much in line with what we were looking for. When we did find a house that we thought would suit us and came to take a look, Roy arrived at the hotel promptly and took us to see it. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the area, which was of great use to use, and pointed out good things about the house that we would not have known (i.e., that the season had been very rainy so seeing the basement dry on that day was a sign of a good dry basement -- which has proven to be the case). Generally, we were very pleased with his help in buying the house we now happily live in.
