Ryan Jenkins

I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri but as the saying goes, got to Colorado as quick as I could. I attended college at the University of Missouri and graduated in 2001 with a major in English and a minor in business. I then moved to Austin, Texas to be with my then girlfriend, now wife, as she finished school at the University of Texas. Austin is where my real estate career began. In 2002 a friend asked me to join a small, start-up real estate brokerage. At the time there were 4 agents. All were charging lower than normal commission rates and closing a large number of transactions. This simple concept was well received in central Austin’s high priced seller’s market and I quickly got my feet wet, closing over 75 transactions in my first 3 years.
