I felt very comfortable with Ryan at each step in this process. Everything that came up was explained completely to both my brother Pete (out of state) as well as me ...it also was helpful that all six siblings were on the same page. We chose Greenridge because of the local office but it was the experience with Ryan that will bring me back to Greenridge.

We didn't know Ryan when we began the process of selling my father's home, and the circumstances of the sale were fairly complex; we thus appreciated his willingness to take us on to begin with. The listing and marketing were wonderful, and Ryan was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the early stages of the process. Once we had chosen the best offer, the sale was further complicated by an almost Kafkaesque bureaucratic nightmare involving our bank and title company.
