I was referred to Sam by the trust attorney for my Mom's estate. My Mom had a reverse mortgage on the property and when she passed we had 6 months to sell the property to pay off the reverse mortgage. It was stressful because the market has slowed and it was listed in early November right before the holidays. We were also selling the house as is. Sam assured me that he didn't think that there would be a problem getting it sold within the 6 month time frame and if we didn't he had other options we could use so as not to lose the equity in the house. Well he was right. We just closed escrow yesterday less than 2 months from when we first listed the house. It was pretty painless and I can't say enough about Michelle Ridley. She was the person that I had most of my contact with and she was always pleasant and informative and was able to address any concerns I had in the process. I found Sam Rasoul’s group on the internet, and it was the BEST thing that could have happened! I worked with James Berntsen (Jim) from Sam's group, and Jim was a reliable agent. I had some real estate knowledge from college but no practical experience. Jim took the time to explain everything to me, and I felt that everything they said and did was on point and in my best interest. He was helpful, available, and knowledgeable. I think that we made good decisions and everyone involved was better for it.
