My older sister has been a realtor for a decade and after checking all the local realtor possibilities near me, she called Sara up. They talked for 30 minutes and Sara passed my exhaustive sister test with flying colors. After an initial meeting that went well, I started looking at places with Sara in October and I closed on my primary home in Santa Clara in mid-November. My process, though everyone's is different, is that I first figured out where I wanted to live based on good schools, safe from crime, and good proximity to work(this tract was Sunnyvale down to Campbell/San Jose). I browsed Redfin and Zillow existing inventory and set up alerts for when new houses came up in my price range and the neighborhoods I was looking for. I'd email Sara what houses I think I would like to see. We'd find a matching time and see the houses I thought of plus some extras that she knew of, and then we'd review disclosures of those I had more interest in. Throughout it, she'd offer insights on areas, house conditions, and tips. I'm happy with the home and really happy with her full service. She's smart, knows the area very well as she grew up in south bay, knows how to figure out what I would like and not like, knew all the bay area differences(dry closing, quick closes), and stood by me in a hard case where the mortgage broker and lender made the deal complicated and stressful with their errors and delays. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She's the best!

I found Sara on Yelp after realizing how frustrated I was with my current rental status and commute. Sara listened to my needs and was available day and night to answer my questions. I found a house that I really liked and worked with Sara to come up with a reasonable amount to bid on...what do you know, but the first house and first bid that we submitted was accepted! Although "finding" the house was the first step, there is so much to do after you get the winning bid. Sara walked me through the process and calmed my fears about things that I could do to prioritize some of the upgrades and repairs that needed to happen. She even had her general contractor "Sam" come by and fix some of the repair items for free! I'm so blessed to have had Sara as my agent to help me find the perfect home for me!

Today we closed on the sale of a family home that was distressed. We weren't sure if we should sell it "as-is" or to do a remodel. We knew the property needed a lot of work to get to market and that we needed help. Deep cleaning, an estate sale, deferred maintenance, on and on...and we live out of the area so we couldn't do it ourselves.When interviewing realtors, we were looking for someone to take the reigns and "handle it." Sara said that she would make it her top priority to take on the burden of the work on so that our lives were not impacted.Sara delivered. She strategized a plan to maximize our return on investment. She project managed the entire house clean out (which was a hoarding situation), hired subcontractors and projected managed the remodel, held an estate sale, handled staging, and got us 4 offers 10 days after listing the property. We ended up selling the house for 10% over asking.Sara's knowledge of the Willow Glen market was very useful. She grew up in the neighborhood. Sara nailed it on projecting what the sale price would be by assessing comps along with recommendations on what to update vs what not to update to maximize our return on investment.Sara is a really nice person who was a pleasure to do business with.We are grateful to have met Sara and that we were able to work with her on this deal.

Last November, Sara represented us in a home purchase involving multiple offers. We loved the house and didn't want to lose it, so we were emotionally invested. I had never heard of multiple counter offers, but this deal had it. She came up with the counter offer number. It was her instincts that helped us stand out and won us the house by a mere 0.1% above the next highest offer. She coached us in cover letters, inspections, and recommended the mortgage broker that we ended up using, because he could get it done within the short escrow. I found Sara on yelp and I am deeply grateful to the other 5-star yelp reviewers who took the time to recommend Sara. Now I am paying it forward.

I could not recommend Sara enough! This review has been a long time coming mainly because we're so busy enjoying the wonderful home that she helped us purchase :) Sara is friendly, easy going, and super knowledgeable about the willow glen and rose garden neighborhoods. She won't push properties on you or pressure you to buy. What she WILL do is crawl into an attic of an old Victorian home to check build quality or get you time in a house to just sit and listen to the traffic sounds or ride along while you visit open houses so she can prep properties you might like. Or conference call at odd hours with you while you're on a business trip to India. She goes the extra mile. She did for us! Sara was wonderful and reassuring every step of the way. We ultimately closed on our Willow Glen home in timely fashion in September of 2019.
