He communicated with me every day and updated me on my escrow process. Sasson went over all the inspection reports with me thoroughly and gave his expert opinion on how much each repair would cost. Based off of my repairs he asked the Seller for a credit towards my closing costs, and he was successful in his efforts. After closing on my home Sasson continued to communicate with me and gave me tips. We became friends afterwards and we keep in close contact. Sasson helped me buy my first home in Orangevale. It was a difficult market to buy a home in. With his advice we immediately made a strong offer and finally got my offer accepted. He recommended some fantastic inspectors and was present for all of the inspections. He would ask the inspectors questions on my behalf and had the pool guy explain how to maintain the pool. We were supposed to purchase the home as-is, but he was able to get money back towards my closing costs that was a nice bonus. Throughout the entire process he explained everything throughly step-by-step and communicated daily. After I closed on my home, he was still in contact with he and helped me setup my home warranty plan and file my first claim. I highly recommend Sasson to anyone looking for real estate services. The Fard Realty Team helped us buy our home in Cameron Park, CA. We were relocating from out of state and Sasson was very patient with showing us a multitude of homes all over El Dorado County. We finally found the perfect one story home on a golf course. Sasson was able to negotiate the price of the home down by $60,000! Not only that, after inspections he was able to get us an additional $20,000 Seller credits towards repairs in that helped tremendously in our closing costs. He had a great team of inspectors that provided us with thorough reports to evaluate the condition of the property. During our home buying process Sasson was communicating with us everyday and providing us with regular updates. After we closed on our new home he periodically checked in to make sure all was well and kept reminding us to take care of some crucial repairs. He had the Seller pay for a home warranty for the first year, so if anything breaks down we have some piece of mind. I was referred to Sasson by a good friend of mine. As soon as I met him in person, I knew he was looking out for my best interest. I was looking for a home in the Rocklin, Roseville, and Folsom areas. I drove from the Bay Area one day to go look at a series of homes. Sasson was very professional, yet personable. He printed out listing summaries for me to write notes on since we previewed a lot of homes that day. We went over my top 3 homes and decided to put an offer on a Rocklin home. Sasson was able to negotiate the price down $14,000 and secured the Seller’s acceptance. He recommended some fantastic inspectors and since I was remote, he took videos and photos and provided a summary of findings at the end of the inspection day. The Seller did not want to concede any credits towards repairs from the get-go, but Sasson was able to get me $5,000 credit back towards repairs. The only thing out of our control was a solar lease agreement the Seller failed to disclose to us that was not able to be canceled and my lender would not agree to issue the loan until that item was resolved. Sasson tried negotiating and having the Seller pay off the solar lease for nearly a week. Ultimately, the Sellers would not budge on this and we had to cancel the deal. I received my earnest money deposit back quickly. Even though I did not purchase a home through Sasson I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He’s an experienced Realtor who provides you with a lot of good information, especially if you’re a first-time home buyer like myself. I hope to work with him again in the future as I refer him to my best friends!
