We were handed off to her from an amazing selling agent, to buy with her because our agent didnt know our new area . So maybe my expectations were high. She was very unresponsive. I would ask a question and it was days till i heard back only because i texted our selling agent what the heck and she reached out to savannah for me . I found via text confirmation one thing we asked to be on the repair list was left off the actual repair amendment. And though we do love our new home. We had to spend $150+ to get our ac unit running because In my opinion she was more interested in the sell being complete than her buyers treated properly (our inspection the house was inspected as a smart house. We showed up day of closing for the walk through 1 hour before closing smart lock smart doorbell 2 smart thermostats were all gone) the upstairs wasnt working they didnt plug the wires in correctly) I asked if we had any recourse.
