Scott Evans

Scott grew up in Greencastle, IN and graduated from the University of the South prior to receiving his Masters of Science Degree in Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Memphis. He worked in higher education at Rhodes College and then at Belmont University before joining Zach in 2004 where they began at Village Real Estate. Scott has extensive experience in condominium sales and sales management, having successfully sold out Bristol on Broadway, Bristol West End, and ICON in the Gulch, where he served as Director of Sales. He lives with his daughters and two dogs in Green Hills. Previously he has lived in Sylvan Park, Belmont-Hillsboro, and 12South.
