Scott has a good process, team and is extremely professional. My only criticism is that we had to convince him to raise the initial price and ended up getting a 100% offer on day 2. Now luck may have played into it a bit. All in all we were very happy. This is now two purchases and one sale in have done with his team. I would recommend for sure.
