Selling a home and relocating was one of the most stressful things Ive ever done. Ok, it was the most stressful thing Ive ever done. Amongst me being frazzled most of the time Sean was cool and calm. We were on a time crunch to sell and move quickly so my son could get settled into school which started a month earlier then most. Sean is an amazing real estate agent. So professional and very helpful. At beginning, we hired another agent to sale our manufactured home and that person caused us to loss 50 days on the market, so someone recommended Sean to us. Even on our first conversation, instead of trying to sale himself, Sean tried his best to help us sale our house by giving us all ideas of what we can do to sale our home quickly. He hired professional to stage our house that made the house looked so beautiful. he hired professional photographer to take pictures of our house and they came out great. He contacted the manager of the park the house is in to get info that he needed to prepare for the sale. Even though he never sold a manufacture home before, he was able to get a buyer after 2 weeks he put our house back on market.Beside from being very professional, Sean is also a very great person. My family relocated so wasn't there to take care of our place. I requested the city to pick up extra garbage from my place, however, the city didn't. Sean came over the first time and saw all those trash in front of the house, so he put our garbage into his car and threw it for us. I swept away the cobweb out side of our home before we left but they came back. Sean swept them for use too. In addition, we left our treadmill behind in one of the rooms because it was heavy. because the house need to be empty for staging, Sean carried it and put it in the storage.We where selling our place and buying another place. Not only was Sean helping us saving our house, he also gave advised to us with buying. He was always willing to give us his knowledge whenever my husband had questions with buying house even though Sean wasn't our agent for it.Sean is very great to work with, always very friendly and easy to talk to.
